- INTEGRITY: Conducting business with honesty, transparency, and ethical practices that build lasting trust with clients, stakeholders, and local communities.
Establishing shared standards enables accountability with other members in our team and with our clients. Our standards include:

Purpose Driven
The transition from military to civilian life often leaves veterans feeling isolated, missing the clear mission focus and tight-knit brotherhood that defined their service years. Many struggle to find civilian roles that provide the same sense of purpose, team unity, and shared commitment they experienced in uniform.
Premier Grounds Solutions was founded specifically to address this gap. We create an environment where veterans can continue to serve, providing exceptional grounds maintenance to their communities while working alongside fellow service members who understand their background and values. Our team structure mirrors military units, fostering the same trust, accountability, and mutual support that veterans miss most.
Every veteran we employ gains more than just a job; they find renewed purpose, ongoing camaraderie, and the satisfaction of mission accomplishment alongside brothers and sisters who share their commitment to excellence. The outstanding results our clients receive are simply the natural outcome when veterans work together toward a common goal with military precision and pride.

Kyle brings a wealth of leadership experience to PGS, developed by nine years of distinguished military service across elite units. He served two years with the Royal Marines before transferring to the Coldstream Guards Reconnaissance, where he completed seven years of service including operational tours in Afghanistan. His time in the military gave him exceptional training in precision, leadership, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
After leaving the military, Kyle pursued further education and professional development, earning an MBA and becoming chartered as a Health & Safety professional. He also achieved Chartered Fellow status with the Management Institute, demonstrating his commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Today, Kyle applies the same standards of precision and leadership he learned in the military to ensure PGS operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards. Paul Fisher
Founder & Director
Paul founded Premier Grounds Solutions Ltd after a career built on leadership, teamwork, and a passion for high standards.
He served 10 years in the British Army with the 2nd Battalion Light Infantry, later 3 Rifles, completing tours in Kosovo and Afghanistan, where he was injured by an IED. His time in the military gave him resilience, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure — qualities he’s carried into his professional career.
After leaving the Army, Paul worked in grounds maintenance for the local authority, where he managed multi-disciplined teams across large areas. This role gave him the knowledge and confidence to launch PGS, with a vision to provide reliable, high-quality grounds maintenance services.
Today, Paul leads the business with the same dedication he’s shown throughout his career, focusing on teamwork, professionalism, and delivering the best results for every client.
